SUMMARY:Vic and Bonnie Christensen Science Center Community Service Day
DESCRIPTION:We are asking volunteers to help us with the ongoing maintenance at the Vic and Bonnie Christensen Science Center. We need your assistance in cleaning pathways and weeds\, and we are asking for folks to provide light snacks (e.g.\, fruit\, cookies). Ice water will be provided.We would appreciate donations of the following plants: \nBulbs \n* Amarylis\n* Sprekelia (Aztec lily)\n* Narcissus/Daffodils\n* Dahlias\n* Daylillies \nPotatoes \nPlease bring your closed-toe shoes\, gloves\, hats\, sunglasses\, rakes\, shovels\, sunscreen and energy. We hope to see our community come and lend their time and energy to spruce up our beloved science property! \nIf students need credit for work done\, be sure to have someone sign your forms at one of the tables near the front gate. \nThe Science Center will be opened to the community on weekdays and weekends with Special Permit. \nFuture community workdays (all Saturdays) are currently scheduled for: \n16 December 2017\n20 January 2018
