SUMMARY:Sierra Club Dogs for the Blind
DESCRIPTION:The Sierra Club presents Cathy & Bill Wassenberg who will be talking to us about guide dogs for the blind.  They have raised dogs for that purpose for 14 years and they will have their latest “trainee” with them to demonstrate how these dogs are trained and what they can do to help the blind navigate in a world of folks with good eyesight.\nThere will also be information and discussion about the Portuguese Bend Landslide and Nature Preserve.\nJoin us on Wednesday July 25 at 7 PM at the Palos Verdes Peninsula Public Library\, 701 Silver Spur Road\, Rolling Hills Estates (entrance also on Deep Valley Dr).
