DESCRIPTION:Hailing from the Democratic Republic of the Congo\, Mermans “Mofaya” Mosengo and Jason Tamba formed Afro Fiesta\, and recently rounded out the band with Coco Buono and Jose Agote\, two members of the Argentine rock band Los Pinguos. \nWith early musical influences such as Bob Marley\, Tracy Chapman and Peter Tosh\, the band plays a fusion of eclectic styles including Afro-beat\, reggae and Latin rhythms.
