DESCRIPTION:Chuck Alvarez has done dozens of shows at Alvas and with six CD’s of his own material\, Chuck usually performs his own songs. This time\, Chuck will be performing some of his favorite Jimi Hendrix songs and mixing them with some of his favorite Jazz tunes. The band will perform some of Hendrix’s more jazz-flavored\, experimental tunes from “Are You Experienced?”\, “Axis; Bold As Love”\, and more. \nMix this with a dose of Miles Davis\, Larsen/Feiten Band\, and some other jazz artists\, and we’ll let the good times roll! Chuck is bringing some favorite musicians who have impressive credits\, including several of Chuck’s CDs.
