SUMMARY:Which One's Pink?-Warner Grand
DESCRIPTION:Which One’s Pink?\nPink Floyd Tribute Band \n“Which One’s Pink?” is a critically acclaimed Pink Floyd tribute band based in Los Angeles. They’ve performed hundreds of shows throughout the US and won several awards including the Surrogate Bands Pink Floyd Cover Contest. The band performs note-for-note recreations of Pink Floyd’s extensive catalog\, including complete performances of classic albums such as Dark Side of the Moon\, The Wall\, Wish You Were Here\, and Animals. \nWhich One’s Pink? focuses exclusively on recreating the surrealistic sound and psychedelic atmosphere associated with Pink Floyd. Lead guitarist and vocalist Paul Samarin emulates the sound and intensity of the original Pink Floyd vocals and captures the soaring beauty of David Gilmour’s legendary guitar solos. Guitarist Allen Moreno captures the hypnotic rhythm\, with Scott Richards (bass and vocals) and Marty Brumer (drums) completing the rock-steady rhythm section. Larry Isenberg and Nick Feduska use multiple keyboards to create the distinctive ethereal sound of Pink Floyd. \nWhich One’s Pink? is a remarkably accurate and highly-charged live performance of some of the greatest music to come out of the classic rock era. As Alan Parsons – the recording engineer on Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon – says\, “Which One’s Pink? has all the parts down\, the sounds\, the solos . . . they pull it off\, they really do . . . they easily could be in the same room with Pink Floyd . . . if you close your eyes\, you’re hearing Pink Floyd\, live.”

SUMMARY:Guys & Dolls/Warner Grand
DESCRIPTION:Ambassador Christian School of Torrance returns with another classic American musical. Considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy\, Guys and Dolls ran for 1\,200 performances when it opened on Broadway in 1950. This romantic comedy set in Damon Runyon’s mythical New York City features Frank Loesser’s brassy\, immortal score and such crowd-pleasing songs as “Luck Be A Lady”\, “Sue Me”\, “I’ve Never Been In Love Before”\, and the show-stopping “Sit Down\, You’re Rockin’ the Boat”. Guys and Dolls takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana\, and even into the sewers of New York City\, but eventually\, everyone ends up right where they belong. \nTickets

A public unveiling on Tuesday\, May 2nd\, from 4:30pm – 5:30pm at Angels Gate Cultural Center of this large-scale artwork marks the conclusion of an eight-week professional development workshop for San Pedro High School Students\, AGCC Teen Mural Club. \nTongva: Still Here is the culmination of the Center’s first Teen Mural Club\, which included eight weeks of professional training\, planning\, and painting by San Pedro High School Students under the mentorship of AQMNI Mural CO. The Teen Mural Club Students felt an immediate connection to the Tongva culture that still inhabits San Pedro. Its many details and allusions to Tongva traditions and practices serve as powerful reminders of the tribe’s rich cultural heritage and their ongoing contribution to the community.\nAGCC invites the public to celebrate the power of education\, community\, and the enduring spirit of the Tongva culture as they present the completed mural for the first time to the public.
