Their most recent release\, 2021’s Pressing Onward\, still finds them standing firmly on their 21st century bluegrass foundation. Noah Wall leads the band with her powerhouse vocals\, songwriting\, and fiddle. Mandolinist Tommy Norrison and upright bassist Katie Blomarz round out the sound with their top-tier musicianship. Their energetic and joyous sound earned them the 2014 IBMA Momentum Award for Band of the Year and has garnered them fans nationwide and beyond. Doors open for the show at 7:30pm.

We now present a repertory season that runs for 10 weeks – 4 weeks in San Pedro and 6 weeks in venues throughout LA\, Orange and Ventura Counties. \nOur Free Summer Festival is for everyone — regardless of age\, race\, economic stability or address and our audience is a melting pot of Americana. It is the only annual admission free theatrical event that serves the entire South Bay\, LA\, and parts of Orange and Ventura Counties and we are the only Shakespeare company on the West Coast that travels to over 20 communities with its programming.

DESCRIPTION:The Annual San Pedro 4th of July Community Observance will be held Monday\, July 4\, 2022 at Angels Gate Park\, home of the Korean Friendship Bell. The Korean Bell\, one of San Pedro’s most enduring landmarks\, plays a key role in the ceremonial observance. The first season was tremendously successful – over 3\,000 people attended the nine performances at what was then an unused facility in the park. \nSince then\, SBTS has blossomed. We now present a repertory season that runs for 10 weeks – 4 weeks in San Pedro and 6 weeks in venues throughout LA\, Orange and Ventura Counties. \nOur Free Summer Festival is for everyone — regardless of age\, race\, economic stability or address and our audience is a melting pot of Americana. It is the only annual admission free theatrical event that serves the entire South Bay\, LA\, and parts of Orange and Ventura Counties and we are the only Shakespeare company on the West Coast that travels to over 20 communities with its programming.
