El Camino College Concert Jazz Band – Alan Chan, Director-Alvas Showroom

Capturing the inspirations of music by Monk to Wonder, El Camino College’s Contemporary Big Band, under the direction of Alan Chan, will present a special program of inventive big band jazz music by John Beasley, Thad Jones, Jim McNeely, Snarky Puppy, and more. The concert will be opened by ECC’s brand new Vocal Jazz Ensemble, directed by Cindy Dicken.
