Not Your Father’s BBQ: Saucing the Grill with Pamela Wnuck
For most, Father’s Day evokes fond memories. And for many, those memories feature food, particularly food cooked outdoors. On Saturday, June 15, visit LA’s Pacific Food & Beverage Museum and learn a new way of approaching the backyard grill with Chef Pamela Wnuck, Culinary Arts Supervisor at the OC Fair and Owner of Seize the Vine. Watch Pamela prepare her “Smoked Pork Ribs Two Ways,” sauced with Soviia Maple Agave Syrup, and then taste it, along with fresh fare from Melissa’s Produce, paired with Barramundi Shiraz from Australia.
