Cornerstone Theater Company makes new plays with and about communities. For over 30 years, Cornerstone has worked with communities throughout Los Angeles and across the country and they are excited to begin a new project with San Pedro!
Motivated by the redevelopment process of the Rancho San Pedro housing, Cornerstone is interested in working with resident families there and across San Pedro to explore changes in the neighborhood. What’s the history of the people of San Pedro, beyond the information that is written down? What are the stories of the people who live and work here, and what are their dreams for the future of the community?
Join Cornerstone in a virtual Story Circle event to share your local history, perspective, and unique story about the San Pedro community and help inform a new play about our city.
