Vic and Bonnie Christensen Science Center Community Service Day

An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day Third of the month, repeating until January 20, 2018

We are asking volunteers to help us with the ongoing maintenance at the Vic and Bonnie Christensen Science Center. We need your assistance in cleaning pathways and weeds, and we are asking for folks to provide light snacks (e.g., fruit, cookies). Ice water will be provided.We would appreciate donations of the following plants:

Bulbs

* Amarylis
* Sprekelia (Aztec lily)
* Narcissus/Daffodils
* Dahlias
* Daylillies

Potatoes

Please bring your closed-toe shoes, gloves, hats, sunglasses, rakes, shovels, sunscreen and energy. We hope to see our community come and lend their time and energy to spruce up our beloved science property!

If students need credit for work done, be sure to have someone sign your forms at one of the tables near the front gate.

The Science Center will be opened to the community on weekdays and weekends with Special Permit.

Future community workdays (all Saturdays) are currently scheduled for:
