On Saturday, September 21, visit LA’s Pacific Food & Beverage Museum for a delicious lesson in the history and preparation of this rustic—and leftover-preserving—treat with PacFAB Director Tracey Mitchell. After the program, taste Tracey’s culinary handiwork and other refreshments, all prepared with fresh fare from Melissa’s Produce.
